The Wild Spirit Studio

Each piece of my stone art is one-of-a-kind and deeply rooted in the wild beauty of Arizona. These works begin with stones gathered from a local mine, where my stepdad, Pete Incardona, transformed the larger pieces into incredible creations — fountains, benches, wine racks, and more. His craftsmanship always inspired me, but it was a quiet moment in his gallery that sparked something new.

One day, I noticed a pile of leftover scrap stones — beautiful, imperfect little pieces that had been set aside. I picked one up, started sanding it, and before I knew it, I was drawing. Each stone, shaped by the earth then transformed by hand into a vibrant piece of art.

Hi, I'm Amy — a self-taught artist living in Arizona. I grew up in a small western town, where I first fell in love with art by watching my dad paint in his home studio. As a kid, I spent countless hours alone in my room, drawing, surrounded by my animals, dreaming up worlds that felt safe and full of magic.

Though my childhood was filled with abuse and neglect, art was always my quiet companion. For a long time, I let go of that part of myself. But eventually, I found my way back to my creativity, and in doing so, I began healing.

Art became my way of reclaiming my voice, my joy, and my sense of safety. Now that I’ve reconnected with it, I’ll never let it go. It’s my mission to share that spark with others.

I’m currently pouring my heart into a magical collection of coloring pages and an upcoming Wild Spirit Arizona coloring book — inspired by the beauty of the desert and the wild spirit that lives in all of us. I’m also creating original paintings and stone art.

As my collection grows, I plan to add more art prints and bring my work to life in new ways — including a local market booth with prints, apparel, stickers, coloring pages, notebooks, etc. One of my biggest dreams is to create an art mentorship program for children, helping them discover the healing magic of creativity, just like I did.
